• All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• A valid original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items

• Perfumes, jewelry, and opened packages cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items unavailable for exchange cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment for returns made within 7 days.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process once your return is approved.

Exchanges
